Ben Maughan is the senior vice president and general manager of smart TV media platform for TiVo, a part of Xperi. Based in San Jose, he leads the smart TV media platform business where he is responsible for sales, product, engineering, customer support and operations for the TiVo OS platform, which is revolutionizing home entertainment on smart TVs and the TiVo Stream 4K. Ben joined Xperi in 2013 by way of acquisition. During his career, Ben has been granted 38 patents, with an additional 55 patents pending.
