How do you create extraordinary experiences in your role?
As an HR business partner for teams in North America, my role includes change management, operational efficiency, onboarding, events, and diversity and inclusion. Each day is a new adventure that’s full of activity, which is what helps keep things exciting and engaging.
How long have you worked at Xperi and what led you to our industry?
This year I’ll celebrate my 14th anniversary with Xperi. I started with DTS in 2009. I remember being a kid watching “Jurassic Park” and can still remember the roar of the dinosaurs like it was yesterday. It is very exciting to see how much Xperi has grown over the years. I feel grateful that I have gotten a chance to grow my career and work with amazing talent.
What makes you most excited about leading your team?
I enjoy watching my team learn and grow. I feel fortunate that Xperi supports learning and development and I take pride in helping my team be the best they can be. Xperi has wonderful growth opportunities and an amazing group of leaders that have helped me in my journey. I am excited to share my knowledge with the newest members.

If you were a superhero, what would your superpower be?
Without a doubt, it would be the power to cure all diseases. I wish I could cure everyone that needed help with an illness.
Who inspires you?
My family inspires me every day to be my best. They are the most supportive people and are always cheering me on behind the scenes.
When you’re not at work, how do you spend your time?
When not at work, you can typically find me doing some activity with my kids or my dogs. I have a 12-year-old and an 8-year-old. I have a dog named Snickers who is an Aussie Shepard, and my other dog is a Golden Retriever named Milo. Both dogs were rescued and are the most spoiled dogs on the planet.
Tell us an interesting fact about yourself or something people would be surprised to learn about you:
My youngest child was born with a rare liver disease called Biliary Atresia and will one day need a liver transplant. I am a huge advocate for Children’s Hospital Los Angeles and feel grateful we live in a place with amazing medical care.
