How do you create extraordinary experiences in your role?
As an agile project manager, I help the development team deliver the best results in a timely manner. I make sure communication within the team and amongst other teams is effective. I develop and coach the team as a whole and on an individual level.
How long have you worked at Xperi and what led you to our industry?
I joined Xperi as a full-time employee earlier this year. Before that, I was working for the project as a contractor for two years and the company made a great impression on me.

Providing a modern entertainment experience through technology.

Other people, interesting books and new technologies.

What’s one word to describe yourself?
Energy. I believe that when we find activities that are consistent with our life goals, it creates motivation and energy that drives us through life.

I wrote a fantasy book and I’m publishing part one this year. Exciting!
