Patrick leads the customer success team for TiVo’s Discovery products. He is focused on helping customers successfully implement discovery solutions that utilize TiVo’s metadata, voice, analytics and recommendations products, enabling consumers to find and enjoy the entertainment content they love. Prior to TiVo, Patrick held positions at BBC Worldwide, Red Bee Media and Ericsson that focused on delivering high-quality metadata to service providers.
