Dannie Lau serves as general manager of DTS Play-Fi, part of Xperi. Based in Calabasas, he is responsible for a portfolio of hardware and software solutions that enable wireless whole-home multi-channel audio in TVs, speakers and other popular connected devices.

Hundreds of products from dozens of brands depend on DTS Play-Fi as an interoperable wireless connectivity standard. Play-Fi came to DTS through the acquisition of Phorus in 2012, a technology startup founded by Dannie.
