7 2 月, 2023 Xperi

At Xperi, we are committed to investing in strategic partnerships that advance diversity, equity and inclusion objectives within the industry and the organization — broadening the recruitment pool and building pipelines to bring in diverse talent.

As part of this effort, we are proud to announce our partnership with /dev/color — the global career accelerator for Black software engineers, technologists and executives.

Xperi and /dev/color are aligned in the commitment to activate and cultivate relationships with Black technologists in order to increase representation, leadership, and impact within and beyond our companies and communities. Together, through intentional community building, joint activations and deep investment over time, we will increase access and opportunities, and ultimately, create a more inclusive industry and world.

“We are excited to partner with /dev/color in pushing forward the goal of creating more access and opportunities for Black technologists and leaders across the industry,” said Seamus Ruane, vice president of global talent at Xperi. “We believe diverse and inclusive teams help make products stronger and that our teams should be as diverse as the users we serve.”

We look forward to partnering with /dev/color to inspire action and sustained change across the industry.
