How long have you worked at Xperi and what led you to our industry?
I have been working at Xperi for nine years, originally starting on the DTS audio team. Before I came to Xperi, I was a sound engineer where I worked on sound recording/mixing projects for game titles on Wii and PlayStation. I am a fan of HiFi sound quality, which attracts me to work with DTS technology that creates a better sound experience for our customers.
What should people know about your work style?
My work style is collaborative. My work has required me to work with different suppliers and customers. I am communicative with different roles including engineers, managers and leaders. It is interesting to describe something that really needs to be heard and felt carefully when sometimes words can play an important role.
In your own words, how would you explain what Xperi does?
Xperi creates brilliant experiences (sound, sight, senses) for people and we make sure to achieve that with our partners.
What is your favorite part about working at Xperi?
At Xperi, the product and projects we work on are lots of fun. I enjoy the diversity of people working together and sharing different cultures and ideas.

When you’re not at work, how do you spend your time?
I enjoy exercises like yoga, swimming and frisbee. I often play songs on the piano while trying to make improvisations. I also like to read state-of-art essays or articles to keep up with the tech trends!
