For the past six months, 43 interns have been working with the Xperi team in Bangalore. As their internships came to an end in December, they presented their ideas to employees at the 11th Bangalore Intern Showcase which had in-person and virtual components.
The interns’ presentations were one-of-a-kind. They demonstrated what is going on in our sector and pitched ideas we can implement to enhance our business.
“The interns truly showed how much they have learned and progressed over the last six months,” said Vips Shah, Senior Director of Software Development. “Their ideas can be built upon and lead to innovations for our business.”
All of the interns had the opportunity to interact with leaders and the 180 employee attendees were encouraged to share their feedback with interns directly.
